The Grove
Ancient trees. Carefully chosen. Tended by hand, season after season. Our groves have been cultivated by the same families for hundreds of years.
The Harvest
Hand-picked at peak early ripeness — when polyphenol content is at its highest. Never mechanically stripped. Every olive selected with intention.
The Press
Within four hours of harvest, the olives are cold-pressed at under 27°C. No heat. No chemicals. No shortcuts. Just pure mechanical pressure.
The Test
Every batch is laboratory tested for acidity, polyphenols, and purity before it is approved. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't carry our name.
The Bottle
Filled into UV-protective matte black glass. Sealed. Labelled. Every bottle is a reflection of everything that came before it.
