Article 1 — Company Details
These terms and conditions apply to Golden Olives Company, registered in the Netherlands. Our products are sold under the brand name Golden Olives. By submitting a reservation request through this website, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 — Reservations
Submitting a reservation request does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. It registers your interest in the upcoming harvest. Golden Olives Company reserves the right to accept or decline any reservation request at its sole discretion. Confirmed reservations will be communicated by email.
Article 3 — Pricing & Payment
Pricing will be communicated to confirmed list members prior to the harvest release. Payment terms will be specified at the time of confirmation. Golden Olives Company reserves the right to adjust pricing between harvest seasons.
Article 4 — Availability
Golden Olives is a limited-production product, harvested once per year. Availability is not guaranteed. If demand exceeds supply, Golden Olives Company may allocate bottles at its sole discretion, giving priority to existing members and to early reservations.
Article 5 — Shipping
Golden Olives Company ships internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be communicated prior to order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the recipient upon handover to the carrier.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
All content produced by Golden Olives Company — including but not limited to texts, articles, images, research, brand names, product names, and design — whether published on this website or distributed through any other online or offline medium, is the intellectual property of Golden Olives Company, including all associated brands and products. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Golden Olives Company. Unauthorised use may result in legal action under Dutch and European intellectual property law.
Article 7 — Liability
Golden Olives Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the consumption of our products beyond what is required by applicable Dutch and European law. Our products are food items and should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet.
Article 8 — Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
