We operate under the brand name Golden Olives and produce ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil sourced from single estate groves in Türkiye. This policy explains how we handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 2 — What We Collect

When you submit a reservation request, we collect your first name, last name, email address, shipping address, country, and the number of bottles you wish to reserve. You may also provide information about how you heard about us.

Article 3 — Why We Collect It

We use your data solely to contact you when the harvest opens and to allocate your reserved bottles. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your reservation.

Article 4 — How We Store It

Your data is stored securely and is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties. Only Golden Olives Company has access to your reservation details. All data is processed and stored within the European Union in accordance with GDPR.

Article 5 — Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw consent, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise these rights, contact us directly and we will respond within 30 days.
